The Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA) was established under the Securities and Exchange Commission Act B.E. 2535 to facilitate the operation of Thai bond trading(OTC),investment and information since 1994(please see About Us for our background). We gained the long-time and valuable experiences in Thai capital market from our practical roles and functions. These gave us the in-depth and veritable understanding in various know-how of Thai financial market i.e. Supervisory View, Standard and Convention Setting, Financial Asset Valuation, Files Compiling and Issuing Process, Secondary Market Registration including Financial Risk Measurement and Management. We combine the experiences, expertise and methodologies into “integrated solutions” and provide them for serving business needs. We are intent on extending our services to cover more business frontiers and provide solution packages for clients in a professional manner.
